Transmitted Diseases.
Prenatal Care
Pregnancy Testing & complete prenatal care.
Men’s Health Care
Complete men’s health care services including
physical exams, health screenings, acute & chronic disease care, screening
& treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases and other male health care needs.

Patient Responsibilities
Arrive for appointment 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Call us to reschedule if you can’t keep your appointment.
Discuss your health with your provider, they are here to help you and want to answer your questions.
Let us know if you’ve been hospitalized or treated elsewhere.
Keep us up to date open prescription medications, over -the -counter medications and/or any herbal remedies you’re taking.
Let us know about new phone numbers or addresses for you and your children.
Provide necessary documents for financial screening, including proof of income and medical insurance, if applicable.
Note: Walk-In’s are accepted at both clinic sites.The number of walk-in’s accepted on a daily basis varies depending on the number of no-shows, walk-in sick visits, and established patients.
