CARE AFTER HOURS:
For emergencies please dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
FHCCGLA strives to ensure that our patients have the ability to speak with an on-call provider after business hours.
To reach the on-call provider simply call the main Call-Center # at (562) 928-9600 and stay on the line, you will then be directed to our after-hours answering service. Simply inform the operator that you need to speak to a provider and you will be asked for the patients full name, date of birth and contact # to be called back. Within 30-minutes you will receive a return call from our on-call provider.
To schedule an appointment during our business hours from 8am- 5pm please call the Call-Center at (562) 928-9600, press 1 and then 1 again to speak with an operator. We look forward to serving you.
